The Heystaurant Goona in Brandnertal (Vorarlberg, Austria) is located directly at the mountain station of the Palüdbahn. The climate-neutral restaurant with breathtaking views presents itself modern, cheerful and full of life. The restaurant with 220 indoor seats and 330 sunny seats delights with homemade wood-fired pizza, Italian pasta and modern hut classics.

  • As a strong leader, you will be responsible for achieving agreed upon goals and efficiently managing the team.

  • Experience in the kitchen is an advantage, as you will be responsible for quality control and the further development of the food offering in order to provide our guests with an outstanding culinary experience.

  • You excel in leadership and team orientation to motivate the team and create a harmonious working environment together.

  • In addition, you bring expertise in the event area to professionally manage special events and celebrations at our lodge and inspire our guests.

  • The optimization of work processes is your responsibility, so that a smooth and efficient operation is guaranteed.

  • You will ensure that the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained to provide a comfortable and safe environment for our guests at all times.

  • You have previous experience in the hospitality industry and ideally in the restaurant or hotel industry.

  • You have strong organizational skills and the ability to keep an overview even in stressful situations.

  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are a matter of course for you in order to warmly welcome our guests and professionally attend to their concerns.

  • You are flexible and willing to work weekends and holidays to ensure that our guests have an all-round successful stay.
