• Team leadership & organization: Lead, motivate, and develop the childcare team, as well as plan and coordinate duty schedules.

• Program design: Creatively develop, organize, and implement a varied, age-appropriate program for children and families, with a focus on nature, movement, and shared experiences.

• Quality & safety: Ensure pedagogical quality and guarantee safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in all play and childcare areas.

• Parent communication: Act as the first point of contact for parents with questions, concerns, or feedback regarding childcare.

• Collaboration within the hotel: Work closely with other departments (reception, kitchen, service, housekeeping) to create a seamless guest experience.

• Further development: Continuously evaluate and further develop the children’s and family programs in line with guest needs and the values of Familienhotel Lagant.

• Role model: Embody the role of a host with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm for families
