Your tasks:

• Reception and care of guests during the night hours

• Check-in and check-out of guests

• Ensuring that everything runs smoothly during the night

• Receiving enquiries and requests from guests

• Security checks and building management

• Assisting cleaning staff as required

• Managing booking requests and reservations

• Preparing for the next day
