• Organising and supervising seminar breaks: Ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that participants are highly satisfied.

• Checking the seminar rooms: Using function sheets to ensure that the rooms are customised and optimally prepared for the guests.

• Professional guest reception and support in the seminar room: Including technical support for a pleasant seminar environment.

• Coordination of banquet and event details: Support with planning and implementation to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

• Liaise with event planners: Communicate with clients to understand specific requirements and meet all expectations.

• Liaise with kitchen and service team: Coordinate to best meet catering requirements.

• Technical support: Provide technical assistance during seminars and events, including audio and video equipment.

• Collect and analyse feedback: Continuously collect and analyse customer feedback to continuously improve event quality

• Working independently is a matter of course for you.

• You enjoy and have fun dealing with guests.
